Policies

When you Book with us, you agree to our policies as follows :

Contact Information :

In the event that the incorrect contact information is provided when booking your appointment including but not limited to contact number, email address, We will not be responsible for loss of correspondence such as appointment reminders. It is the clients responsibility to identify the errors and contact us to change them.


Booking Appointments :

Appointments can be made online via the Client.

When booking online, you will be asked to enter valid card details in order to confirm the booking. No payment will be taken at time of booking, the card details on file will only be charged if failure to follow policies.

Please make sure you read all service descriptions carefully and ensure the correct appointment is booked.


Cancellations and Rescheduling :

As we work on a 1-1 basis with our clients, the time reserved is for the clients exclusive use. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacancy.

Should the client need to rebook or cancel their appointment they have 48hrs to do so free of charge. Cancellations and Rescheduled appointments outside of 48hr time frame will result in the card that is on file being charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Same day cancellations will result in the card on file being charged the full appointment amount.


Repeat Cancellations will lead to forfeiture of the ability to book in again.


Texting, Emailing, Messaging via social media are not accepted forms of cancellation, it must be done via calling 01633 243240, 07309092988 or via the online booking system. Link to cancel or reschedule are at the bottom of every confirmation email.


Arriving to your Appointment :

We require clients to arrive promptly for their appointment.

We will not extend service time or issue refunds/price adjustments for late arrival. Failure to arrive on time will lead to alteration of the actual service provided, arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in its immediate cancellation. The card of file will be charged for the full appointment balance.

Right to Refuse :

We retains to the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to : Frequent cancellation, lateness and failure to comply with the policies included on this page.

Refunds :

We always take pride in our work, if you are unhappy with your hair please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will ask you to come into the salon for us to have a closer look, sending photos wont be accepted as they never show the true results. We will always try and fix the issues you may have.

Refunds will not be given!
