1. These Terms refer to the promotion of “20% off” Any Service gift voucher (“incentive”) & is open to all existing clients who have paid in full for Services Completed by Yasmine Griffin while operating under “Hair With Yasmine”.

2. The Promoter is Yasmine Griffin of “Hair With Yasmine” (“Salon”) whose registered office is at 24 Graig Park Lane, Malpas, Newport, NP20 6GX- Operating out of The Hair Lounge, 5 Caerleon Road, Newport, NP19 7BU.

3. The ‘referrer’ must be a current Salon Client who has paid in full for services completed by Yasmine Griffin while operating under “Hair With Yasmine”.

4. The ‘referred client’ must be a new customer that is currently not known to the Salon.

5. The ‘referrer’ must pass the physical card issued at checkout onto the ‘referred client’.

6. To qualify to win the incentive, the referred client must:
   1. Quote the name of the referrer client and present the physical card issued by the ‘referrer’.
   2. Have had services completed by the Salon.

7. The Salon retains the right to update the form of incentive to customers at any time. This offer does not extend to self-referrals. We retain the right to determine whether a referred client is genuine and valid at our sole discretion.

9. More than one entry per referrer can be entered into the scheme. In entering the scheme, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any incentive you may win. The Salon may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter scheme. The Salon will not accept entries that are incomplete or do not meet the conditions.

10. The Salon cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.

11. The incentive may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

12. There are no cash or other alternatives available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Salon reserves the right to provide an alternative incentive of equal or greater value. The incentive is not negotiable or transferable.

13. The Salons decision regarding all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. By entering this competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used only by the Salon to administer the scheme and to process your entry. 16. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Salon may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this scheme. The Salon reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the scheme where it becomes necessary to do so acting fairly and reasonably.

17. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with a UK resident arising out of or in connection with this scheme.
